I am an authorised marriage celebrant working mainly in the Hunter Valley in Australia (visit my webite). I live in the small Hunter Valley town of Branxton with my husband and two children. I love weddings.

I have received national and state awards in communications and I have broad experience in journalism, media, presentation and public speaking.

I originally trained as a general nurse and worked for many years in acute care areas.

I have completed a celebrant training course, hold an higher degrees in communication and in tertiary teaching.

I’ve been a finalist in The Australian Vogel Award for creative writing and I've had numerous feature articles published, including in The Sydney Morning Herald and The Australian newspapers. I am a lecturer at the University of Newcastle in communication.
